Online Orders & Purchases

ORDERS

  1. All orders received are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed.
  2. Orders placed and received on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are processed within 2 days in the order in which they are received. Orders
    placed and received on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed the next business day (Monday).
  3. Cabello.Vida Malaysia will send you a confirmation email for your order after your payment is verified and authorized by the Bank and we have accepted your order. The confirmation email will contain your order details including customer details, product description and delivery address. If you do not receive the order confirmation email within 3 business days, please check your email junk folder. Alternatively, you may also

DELIVERY & RATES

  1. Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). Delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 business days for West Malaysia and 7 to 10 business days for East Malaysia. **Please expect delays for delivery due to MCO / CMCO.
  2. Our standard delivery charges per order are as follows:
        ○ For West Malaysia, delivery charge is RM10.00
        ○ For East Malaysia, shipping charge is RM25.00
  3. Orders are dispatched for delivery between 9.00am – 5.00pm from Monday to Friday and 9.00am – 1.00pm on Saturday.
  4. Once you have confirmed your order, we will not be able to make changes to the order.
    Therefore, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate delivery address, contact details including telephone number and email address. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.

PROOF OF DELIVERY

1. Our courier service may request for a signature from the intended recipient of the items purchased.
2. In circumstances where our courier service fails to deliver to the intended recipient, it may deliver the order to the reception of the recipient’s address, and obtain a signature from the receptionist as a proof of delivery.

REPORT ORDER PROBLEM

  1. If you find that the items you have ordered are damaged upon delivery, please report to hello@cabellovida.co / WhatsApp: +601158947129 within 14 days from the date you purchased with supporting evidence and receipt copy. Any reimbursement is subject to our discretion.
  2. If in the event that any product is missing from your order, please report to our Customer Service team at hello@cabellovida.co / WhatsApp: +601158947129 within 14 days from the date you receive the product along with supporting evidence and receipt copy and we will attend to your report.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

At Cabello.Vida, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase from our website. Please read and understand our store’s returns and refund policy below before any purchase.

  1. If for any reason, you purchase any of our products of which you are not satisfied with, you may return the product(s) within 14 days from the date you receive the product for a full or partial refund based on the reason and condition of the returned products.
  2. If you receive a damaged/defective item, you may return the product(s) in its original condition together with its original receipt within 14 business days upon goods received.
  3. For Cabello Vida products purchased from unauthorized retailers, websites or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
  4. Cabello Vida reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
  5. To initiate the return and refund process, you must inform us at hello@cabellovida.co / WhatsApp: +601158947129 within 14 business days from delivery with supporting evidence (picture of your item and its condition) and order number.
  6. Please return the goods in their original packaging and include the original receipt. In case of refund, gifts with purchase may be requested to be returned. Our customer service representative will advise accordingly.
  7. Customers will have to bear the delivery costs incurred for the return.
  8. Damage or defective issues raised after 14 days upon order delivered shall not be entertained.
  9. Upon receipt of the returned package, please allow 3 – 5 working days for exchange or refund processes. Confirmation of exchange or refund will be notified via Cabello.Vida Online customer service email/WhatsApp.
  10. 10. Refunds will not be processed should the goods returned be incomplete or not in its original condition.
  11. Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 – 14 working days upon refund confirmation, duration may vary depending on bank processing time. For Cabello.Vida PLATINUM Members, membership points will also be deduced from the customer’s account accordingly once a refund is confirmed.
  12. If you buy Cabello.Vida’s products from unauthorized retailers, websites or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our return/exchange or
    otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
  13. Cabello.Vida Malaysia reserves the right of making the final decision to disapprove any exchange or return should the product returned be in unsatisfactory conditions or any of the terms above are not met.
  14. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

  1. We regret to inform customers that orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated all details and information before you proceed with payment.

  • Purchases made via Cabello.Vida Online will be credited to the existing Cabello.Vida PLATINUM membership account.
  • Personal information (full name, contact number and email address) provided under the
    shipping details will be used as the primary details to key into the Cabello.Vida PLATINUM account. Kindly ensure the information provided is the same as per your Cabello.Vida PLATINUM account.

  • Please allow 2 – 3 working days upon order confirmation for the account to be created and points to be credited to the membership account.
  • Should you refuse to join as a Cabello.Vida PLATINUM member, kindly contact us via Facebook messenger/Instagram DM.
  • Cabello.Vida Malaysia reserves the right to reject or terminate new membership applications without prior notice should the required details provided is incomplete
    and/or if any Terms and Conditions are violated.

Cabello.Vida Platinum Members' T&C

  1. You must provide your personal information upon registration. You cannot apply on behalf of others.
  2. The membership is non-transferrable.
  3. Members must spend at least RM1000 within one year (from the day of membership
    registration). Otherwise, membership will be automatically cancelled.
  4. The 5% discount applies to all products/packages on the Cabello.Vida website,
    except new products and any stated products or on-going promotions.
  5. If there is a new product, a sample will be sent along with any other product ordered by the member. This is subject to availability and the product trial and launch period.
